I absolutely loved being a part of Quarry Bay School. The vast array of learning opportunities available here was truly remarkable, and I always felt supported when I needed extra help. Quarry Bay School manages to combine high expectations and academic rigour with some of the softer skills that will be so necessary for our children's future. This week, QBS launched a Forest School initiative for our Year 1 and 2 learners! This program is designed to provide unique outdoor learning experiences that spark creativity, ignite curiosity, and nurture a deeper connection with nature. The students discovered fascinating things just outside the school!
Through experiential learning in a natural environment, our students will develop important life skills, build resilience, and grow both socially and emotionally. It’s more than just academics – it’s about fostering lifelong learners who appreciate and care for the world around them.
Today, QBS's incredible Language Ambassadors hosted 6 vibrant stations to showcase their languages and cultures!
From Japanese, Chinese, Korean, European languages, Indian languages, to Cantonese, each station was a unique window into the beauty of diversity.
Students enjoyed an exciting variety of games, trivia, and fascinating cultural facts, all led by their peers. The energy, curiosity, and engagement were truly inspiring!
A huge thank you to our Language Ambassadors for bringing the world closer, one station at a time.
